Randey G. Fisher is extremely proud to be a part of the McDonald’s Family. He owns and operates restaurants in the McDonald’s system in the New Orleans Area.
Randey was the first in his family to earn his Bachelors Degree in Business and Politics from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. At Marquette, he was a student athlete on the men’s track team.
Since graduating Marquette, Randey has held multiple careers. Most notably working in Washington D.C. on Capitol Hill for Senator Herb Kohl. In 2011 Randey transitioned into McDonald’s. Starting briefly as crew and working through the various management programs, he graduated from Hamburger University in 2012. Falling in love with the fast pace of McDonald’s, Randey works each day in the restaurants and in the community to make the arches shine bright. Participating in programs like “Coffee with a Cop”, “McTeacher’s Night”, “Archways to Opportunity”, and school supply drives are just a few ways that Randey and his staff are deeply rooted in the neighborhoods they do business.
Randey is a lifetime member of the NAACP and volunteers his time with the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Over the past 10 years Randey has been honored with some of McDonald’s most prestigious awards, Outstanding General Manager, 2014 Ray Kroc Recipient and 2019 Dallas Field Office Outstanding Contributor Award. He currently serves on the McDonalds SOLA Business Unit as the Digital Lead and OPNAD Value Committee. With a passion for the business and community Randey is humble and appreciative for every customer and employee he can help and serve.
